Perfectly Painless Experience I had contacted Landmark Honda through their website looking for a pre-owned Honda Fit. I was immediately contacted back by Maxwell Ogbe, who told me I had contacted Landmark Honda through their website looking for a pre-owned Honda Fit. I was immediately contacted back by Maxwell Ogbe, who told me that they had a couple for me to look at. I scheduled a visit for the next morning. Mr. Ogbe met me right away and took me to see all of the Fits that met my criteria. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did not try to rush or pressure me at all. He never once tried to upsale me. He stayed within my price budget, and actually steered me away from more expensive options. He was very personable, and I never felt like I was taking too much of his time, although we took a nice long test drive. Afterwards he took a long time to explain the warranty, options, and price. I was unsure, and he and his manager did not pressure me, and were pleasant even as I walked out without the car. Mr. Ogbe contacted me a couple of hours later to ask if I had any additional questions. I told him I had one other car I was going to look at, and he went online to see the car, and helpfully pointed out differences between that car and the one I looked at at Landmark. All of his points were valid, and ended up making a difference. I told him I would come in the next day to purchase. When I arrived, he had already filled out all of the paperwork that he could. The process was simple and fast. I could not have been happier. I highly recommend both Landmark Honda and Maxwell Ogbe. More
