I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Telluride from Langdale Kia and had a generally positive experience during the initial shopping and negotiation process. The sales staff I worked with was professional, and the dealership matched competing offers, which I appreciated. However, I did run into an issue with how the vehicle was represented at the time of purchase. The vehicle was sourced from a Tennessee dealership and brought in for me, so I did not see it until after the paperwork was completed. During the process of finalizing the sale, the vehicle was referred to as an SX trim level in a text message, including the VIN for insurance purposes, and again verbally while I was signing the paperwork. Based on those representations and the timing of when I was shown the vehicle, I believed I was purchasing an SX. I also specifically asked why the paperwork did not list a trim level and was told that this was standard. In addition, I was not provided with the vehicle’s window sticker at the time of purchase, which would have clearly identified the trim level and features. It was only after returning home and later reviewing the trim features that I realized the vehicle was actually an EX, which is a lower trim level than the SX. I want to be clear that I am not claiming there was any intentional misrepresentation, but the situation was understandably disappointing given the circumstances at the time of purchase. I raised this directly with the dealership’s General Manager and attempted to resolve the situation in a reasonable and cooperative way. While she was willing to meet and discuss it, the only resolution offered was a couple years of oil changes, which I did not feel adequately addressed the situation. After that, I did not receive further follow-up. I also reached out to Kia Consumer Affairs, who indicated that any resolution would ultimately need to come from the dealership. Since then, after I posted a Google review, the dealership owner publicly responded and stated that they wanted to work toward a satisfactory resolution. As requested, I followed up privately and expressed to the GM by email that I remained open to resolving the matter directly and reasonably. I still have not received any response. I would still be open to resolving this directly with Langdale Kia if they are willing to revisit the situation in a more meaningful way. Aside from this issue, my experience was positive, which is why I am leaving this as a balanced review rather than a negative one. More
Still waiting on my license plate after 6 months. Besides I've been driving on the dealership tag because obviously both temp tags expired! I took my are up there two years ago and they put a motor in it. And then 3 weeks ago I took my car to get an oil changed and the next day my oil light came on and my engine light. And they took so long to figure it out and then every time they called it’s going to cost a little more to figure it. All they want is money. I think that they knew what was wrong with and the maintence don’t stay on it that long. They will walk around and then go back. So I know that they just want money that’s all. They are nothing but a joke up there. And also two years ago I should have gotten that motor free cause of the coolant. They did not give it to me free. Cause I got a paper in the mail. Saying they had a recall on the coolant and they should have replaced it for free. And i tried getting my money back and the Kia place wouldn’t give me a paper showing how much I had to pay and my Warrenty paid for partial. So don’t believe what they say. They are nothing but liers. More

Don’t bother with Langdale Kia if you need something done. I took my car the 2nd week of May for the AC not blowing cool air. They said it was a day and a half job. A WEEK GOES BY because they never diagnosed it correct in the first place and they had to keep ordering parts. I go to pick it up finally after it’s “fixed”. I pick it up just to see hand prints on the windshield, my dash screen is frozen, my stereo randomly goes black, airbag don’t work, horn don’t work, steering wheel buttons don’t work, to drive straight i have to have the wheel turned sideways, passenger sit is broke. Also why was anyone touching that if my AC needed fixing. Needless to say jeff was never helpful and was rude any given time me and my mother walked through the door. UNTIL he realized i took my car up there for the AC to get fixed and it came back with 7 additional issues. Then he wanted to be nice because he realized this is a huge problem. I took it back up there yesterday for this all to get fixed once and for all. Jeff calls my mom and says everything is fixed beside one thing. So we go pick it up and NOTHING IS FIXED. Matter of a fact I have ANOTHER dash light on! The first picture of my steering wheel you can see i only have one light on, on my dash. The second steering will picture you see the second one from today. I look over and realize Langdale Kia needs to give there mechanics longer lunch breaks because there eating french friends in my car. Now them saying my car was ready and finding more problems again and fries in my passenger seat is a JOKE!!!! Never take your car here, it will not leave the log the same! More
I have service at Langdale KIA several times. I have received very good customer service each time. Went in for a oil change. Added a rotate and balance for my tires. Carlos helped me a lot by explaining different things about my vehicle. He’s a great mechanic as well as awesome with the customers.
