First let me explain what we were doing in Valdosta in the first place. My wife and I desperate for a dependable vehicle have been looking for a 2013,14 Sorento, we pulled in the lot not really wanting t the first place. We wanted to see what interest rate we good get,/monthly payment basically all but put the cash down that night, My wife asked the associate for a quote came back with a 2015 Sorento, 2.4 rate and a payment along with a $3000 rebate.....which I initialed and was signed by i am assuming the sales associate and approved by the manager....i really don't know b/c my sales associate went quiet and did not really go thru the buying experience with us. Now I have bought a few cars over the years and have had good and bad experiences dealing with different lots, So i basically knew the route it was going, which was fine because my wife was happy with the vehicle and i with the payment. The problems that followed were not professional or acceptable.. I know they have allot of paperwork to fill out and getting trade-in value, Tags, liens and all that so i was ready to sit awhile and/or stand, Rod did not have anything---well he did ask if we wanted a drink 60 min later after we said that we wanted to proceed with buying the car-- to say to us,,,, he disappeared on us for half hour intervals ---we got to the lot separately at 5pm on a Monday, by 6pm we talked it over and proceeded to purchase, at 7:45pm my wife left to drive home, at 8:20 i signed the last of the paperwork. I knew that it was going to take awhile, they definitely know how long the process takes but the waiting around not informing the customer of what is happening whether or not financing went through, or the steps of buying a new car was not acceptable,,,, i know i am not a people person,,, i accept that,,,, but come on... a little interaction was long past due. Send us out to get some dinner or put us in front of a news channel, xxxx give me a book to read,,, anything but sitting a waiting, and waiting. Now do not get me all wrong here, the interaction that I did have with Rod when talking about the car or paint or answering our questions was great,,, its just that time from when we wanted to go to the next step and the final signatures that needs to be addressed. Friday rolls along and I get a call from a manager of Langdale Kia asking me to come in and sign a couple more papers.....wait did i hear that correctly... i said i would be in town that night or the next morning that i would come in. So i get there with my 3yr boy (my fault) and i come to find out that the dealer does not offer a $3000 rebate on the 2015s. only on the 2014 that only a $1500 was available on the 2015 and that i needed to resign the paperwork making my payment go up..... hold on.... now i had the initial quote signed by me and approved by whoever that listed the rebate at $3000, trade-in value, my monthly bill and the total of the car which is what sold us on buying a 2015 in the first place, because it brought down the payment to acceptable levels for us. Now i am on the hook for another $1500... come on now...how long have you been selling cars here that you do not know what vehicle has Xrebates... I thought that once i signed the 75month paperwork for X amount that i was in contract. I mean xxxx i signed my name 30 times(maybe exaggerated but it seemed that way). NOT professional at all people. I will not be recommending,,,,,if it were not for the warranty program offered (which i have to do ALL the servicing at Langdale) i would never come back on the lot,,,,, i feel as though you got one over on me and i am not sure what my action needs to be at this time. Just have the word "Sucker" put on a sign and i guess i will carry it around while my vehicle is being serviced... i could carry it around in your parking lot while no one talks to me...... More
Langdale Honda was good place to purchase a car. I was already making a deal with another dealer and Randy realized this and got me a price that got my attention. Frank Lee and J.R. Willoughby went above and beyond what was expected. I spoke with them via the phone concerning purchasing a Kia Sportage and by 4 pm the same day I was in my new car. It was exactly what I wanted and Frank Lee even brought it to me in Tallahassee, FL. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. There were no games that you normally have to deal with when purchasing a new car. Things were explained to me clearly with nothing hidden or delayed in revealing. I purchased a Sportage LX and paid less for it than I did my 2010 Sportage that was a base model when I purchased it three years ago. More

They go out of their way to help you and make you happy. The associates make sure you know all about the car before you leave.
