Honestly, we were reluctant to buy here because of past experience with their service department, but we like Honda so we gave it a shot. The experience really couldn't have been any better! Mike Varnum is a new salesman, and maybe that's a good thing. He was very polite, friendly, and easy to get along with. The best part was...he was honest! If he didn't know something..he said so..and did his best to get us the correct answer as quickly as possible, instead of taking the lazy route and giving us some B.S answer hoping we wouldn't know the truth. My wife said that he gets 100% of the credit for us buying here. She is very leery of salesman...too pushy, creepy and follow you around like a wolf hunting sheep. Mike was none of these! We've bought a lot of vehicles in our time...and this experience was definitely one of the best. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the staff for making this as painless as possible! More

They had a good selection of cars to look at. We were looking at the 2013 CRVs and of course they had one we fell in love with. I expected them to drag it out and badger me for more money or higher payments. But after only going back and forth twice we had an agreement. I was shocked. It took longer to do the paperwork than it did to aggree on a price and payments. Michael was straight with me and I had already done my homework and was upfront with him on what I wanted. There is nothing I can say bad about the treatment I received from Michael and Tom and the deal was great too. If you are shopping around for a new car in the Valdosta, Ga area, you have to stop by Langsdale Honda and see if they can hook you up too. More

We had bad experiences at 5 dealerships between the customer service to not having the specific car I wanted. So we looked out of our state of residence and found the perfect car here. We told them we were interested but that they would need to work with us on the price especially if we were driving 2 hrs. one way out of state to even look at the car. Billy, the sales manager quoted a lower price over the phone. We agreed & Gerry was very patient making sure we had everything we needed to bring since it was a trip to get there. Blake was our salesman who was waiting for us but not overbearing and pressuring us like all of the others at previous dealerships. After researching the carfax, any recalls, much prayer, & test driving it we decided to purchase. Cass was our financial manager. He worked with us and was knowledgeable but not belittling. The car was washed & full of gas & came with 5 manuals and warranty. I would definatley recommend Langdale Honda Kia! More
