The truth shall always set you free. Me. Thomas did put money down on the purchase of a vehicle and the paperwork was processed. What he failed to put in his negative review is that he and his mother failed to provide us with the documentation that we needed. He gave us an I.D. card instead of a drivers license and claimed he was not aware that he didn't know there was an issue . Myself, the sales person and the bank tried to get a bank interview done with his mother that is also on the loan. After 30 days of calling her and him the bank interview was still not completed. As a result of her not calling or answering the phone the bank approval expired. We had to get the vehicle back. There is a signed document that states we charge per mile if financing is not obtained. We lost the financing due to them not getting us what we needed for the bank. The down payment didn't cover the cost for the amount of miles he put on the car therefore he didn't get the down payment back. We allowed them more time than we should have to get it done.
