Literally cussed at by the sales manager I went to pick up a vehicle for my shop, and walked into the showroom. A salesperson was very polite, and asked what they could help me with. I told them I needed to pick up a vehicle, and he said he'd take to a manager. I spoke to the manager ( didn't catch his name. He's right behind the front counter in the showroom). I told him I was picking up a vehicle, and told him what it was and for who. His exact response was " I don't know who the xxxx that is". He then told me to leave and come back with more Information on the vehicle. I will never use this dealer for anything, and would advise you do the same. More

Disrespected I went to Langdale Kia to buy a 2017 Sportage yesterday. If that wasn't enough the manager Rick was even more clueless . They refused to give me a price or even look at my trade saying that I owed too much. More

Good Dealership - Amazing Product Carlton was a great salesman. I had dozens of questions and he found a way to deal with them all. I would in no way say that I am an easy customer to Carlton was a great salesman. I had dozens of questions and he found a way to deal with them all. I would in no way say that I am an easy customer to please, however Carlton, Billy, and Terrance made sure that there was no doubt in my mind that I was making the right decision. I did have some trouble getting to my target price. But after test driving 4 cars, and spending over 8 hours, over several days, negotiating an out the door price and trade in value. Carlton had sold me a brand new HR-V. I would like to note that he was incredibly professional, and made sure that every box was checked and rule was followed along the way. I think he would make good sales management material. Billy and Terrance helped me finalize the deal. I did have some initial trouble, numerically with Amanda. She and I had very different views on the accounting aspect of the contract but all was eventually resolved. Billy and Terrance are really incredible team members and made the conclusion of the sale simple and straightforward. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and coworkers, and overall I am extremely pleased with the sales staff, management, and my purchase. More
