Brought my daughter's 2018 Rav 4 there. I brought my daughter's 2018 Rav 4 there to get the rear hatch replaced because of an accident we picked it up yesterday and now I have to bring it ba I brought my daughter's 2018 Rav 4 there to get the rear hatch replaced because of an accident we picked it up yesterday and now I have to bring it back because the rear wiper is not working and now there is a little ding over the rear wheel and a scratch also that DEFINITELY were not there before. When confronted Nate before we left the dealership about the ding and scratch his response was I don't know what goes on back there. I'm not happy with that response and I will write a letter to Toyota and the insurance commissioner. More
