Best car buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a new RAV4 yesterday from Langway Toyota, from beginning to end of the sale the staff was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Car shopping can be extremely stressful, not at this dealership! The customer service is outstanding! The sales representative that worked with me, Michael was so helpful! Peter in finance was the best, took the stress out of buying my new car! The service manager Jeff came over and introduced himself to me and let me know that when my vehicle needs servicing that the best team will be handling it! I had had a not so great experience with another dealer in the State that morning and this was the exact opposite. Mike Carbone quickly brought me up to speed on the changes to the car since I bought mine 7 years ago and two hours later I had signed papers and picked up the car the next morning. Mr. Langway even came over to thank me for my purchase and introduced me to his darling 5 month old puppy Lexie. (Just go visit Lexie...you are worth it!) This was a seamless experience and I have a sweet new car that my husband loves as well. More

Stay clear dont waste your time or money here. They are all smiles at first but once the check clears they turn into monsters. Dont service your vehicle here eit dont waste your time or money here. Dont service your vehicle here either. the service manager is a know it all and if you have even the hint of auto knowlage he will dismiss you and degrade you because you aren't toyota certified. The warranties they promise aren't truly warranties. bumper to bumper you still have to pay for repairs. Been there 3 times for the same thing and "fixed" it. nope. the issue is still happening but if you take it anywhere but to them it voids this so called warranty. Dont bother asking to speak to the owner after the check clears either. he wont get the message somehow. He got your money so his care for you is gone. Moral of this is buy cars here if you have 0 knowlage of cars, dont care about warranties, want to waste time and money, and like to be treated great for a short time. you have been warned. More

Also my warranty was coded wrong so it’s been sitting in a rejected status for over a year now. Many other issues. Tried to shake me down for more money after the deal was closed. Do yourself a favor and buy a Honda. More
Free is aways nice My car was in for some recall work, which was scheduled very quickly, completed in just the amount of time estimated, and, of course, free of charge. Safety Inspection Went in for my safety inspection on my Toyota Corolla and discovered there was a recent software recall on it. Instead of having me reschedule a maint Went in for my safety inspection on my Toyota Corolla and discovered there was a recent software recall on it. Instead of having me reschedule a maintenance time they were able to take the extra hour to complete the recall, even though I was only there for a 30 minute inspection. Every time I have called Langway Toyota they always have been able to get me in that same day or the next and always have fresh brewed Starbucks coffee and donuts in the waiting room, which also has a large tv screen and free wi-fi. More
