They are very good at there jobs and will bring you return service. Mitch Carter was awesome also we got a deal made very easy he is a straight shooter. Collision Center Review I brought my Toyota to this collision center because I has used Newport Toyota in the past, before ownership changed hands and it became Langway Toyot I brought my Toyota to this collision center because I has used Newport Toyota in the past, before ownership changed hands and it became Langway Toyota. I was not happy with the service provided by Langway. First of all, it took 6 weeks to repair my car. When I returned to pick up my car, they had emptied the contents of the trunk of my car and just thrown everything in the back seat of the car. It was a mess! The woman who handled the transactions walked me out to my car and when I told her that I was not happy with the way they had just thrown everything in the backseat of my car, she said that it was like that when she saw it come in, which was a lie. It looked like someone was living out of the car. She then turned around and walked into the building and I left very unhappy. They could have told me to empty the contents of my trunk beforehand, or they could have put all the items in a box or bag, but it appeared they could not have cared less. The car was returned to me in a filthy condition, though they were paid top dollar by the insurance company. Also, they sent several cnflicting text messages about when the car would be ready. Overall, I am very disatisfied with their work and their lack of customer service, I can tell you that Newport Toyota would never have treated a customer like that! More
