Lou made the finance end of the purchase so very easy & clear, then there was Damian, the lovable 'tech geek' who walked me thru the bells & whistles of my new car. His enthusiasm and love of technology was contagious & never made me feel old ! and the next day Keith helped me with a minor question, as friendly & helpful as everyone had been the day before. vehicle maintenance I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my I got a 4 point inspection, an oil change, a plate light, and my window fixed, my window was giving issues when I got the car, I said something to my sales rep and then said something to maintenance department, I was charged for that to fixed when I noted problem when I got the car. than I paid 50$ for a plate light that I was told I would be pulled over for by the police since it was out. after talking to state troopers in RI and MA they said I would not be pulled over or cited for it. I lost trust in the langway staff and for that I will not be going back there. I would have been charged over 200$ for all of this work to have been done. than they quoted me 460$ for brakes to be done. well over priced when Midas, Monroe and KIA all had me quoted less than 200$ for rear brakes. I will be going elsewhere for service from now on. More
