An update: I met with the owner of the dealership and the manager and they both looked at my car for the first time and have agreed that I have a point. They are taking the car in tomorrow and providing me with a free loaner car until mine is ready. It took a bit to get them there but they DID step up to the plate. I will repost on the quality of the fix, but I suspect I wont have any beefs.
