My experience with Mark's CASA Chevrolet I went in for a routine oil change, after i received my car i was driving when the engine stopped working. My car was towed back to the dealership and I went in for a routine oil change, after i received my car i was driving when the engine stopped working. My car was towed back to the dealership and I was given a loaner car, while my car was checked out and then serviced. Everyone I dealt with was very professional from the service manager to the service rep, both named Mark. The day it was corrected we were still being told stories!! I have called to talk to the head managers and no calls back! I had left several messages with Henry the finance guy, no calls back, it took us showing up there to get everything corrected. Do your homework before you go in. The sales Manager (Director of sales), does NOT know his job, was very rude, and never once apologized for his error (LIES). I have contacted GM costumer Care so maybe they will get somewhere with them. Very frustrating! More
prices seem fair, service sucks I ordered a part that went out under warranty. I was told they would contact me to schedule an appointment to have the work done. 7 weeks later and cl I ordered a part that went out under warranty. I would never do business there again based on the shoddy parts department and service that apparently won't do warranty work. I am making a complaint to the ftc. More
Poor Service and poor design of the Colorado Took my 2008 Chevy Colorado into this dealer to fix a p0017 engine code at 30K miles. The dealer took a month to fix the issue and ended up replacing the timing chain (according to my paperwork). Now at 50K miles the same code has appeared. An independent mechanic has verified its the timing chain again. When I talked to Richard Chavez the service manager he indicated he would see what could be done and call me back. So no call back (I tried several times to reach him after the initial conversation. So what we have is a dealer not backing their product and with no integrity. If someone says they will call back they should. Do not purchase a vehicle here. Do not service a vehicle here. More

They say they are going to deliver it to us because of the inconvenience. The guy who delivers it says he is taking care of us by filling the tank. We filled it up on the way to the dealership. I brought a work vehicle in for service. After the service was completed I began to receive periodic un-solicited auto-phone calls and text messages about future services. I have had to call the dealer several times to be removed from this list. The website for Mark's Casa Chevrolet, lists the service center # 505-769-5827 but when you call this number you reach the front desk and not service. Every time they connect me to the service line, I can get no human to talk with but just a blank voicemail box. More
