I came in to Larry Miller just to look at the Cruz. John had suggested it may be a good car for me when I told him what I was looking for. Since I took my car home on Wednesday October 17, John has been very helpful, taking the time to show me features of the car and giving me advice on maintence of the car. I appreciated also, Mark's explaining of the warranties that were available and what each one covered and being willing to help with every detail. I am very impressed that the financing went so smoothly and that the payment and interest are just what I had planned on. Customer service was good. It took a few minutes before I was helped after pulling into the garage but I'm assuming it's because everyone was busy helping other customers. I'm sure it was nothing that the techs did but I had to go back and have them reset. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be going back. More
