Purchased Wipers during an oil change for a road trip to return to CA. We assumed they were installed as they went over the 21 point inspection. Discovered that they were never installed and contacted the return to CA. We assumed they were installed as they went over the 21 point inspection. Discovered that they were never installed and contacted the Service Mgr. After a second message was left for him, he called back leaving me a message that he would get me new wipers. Never said How?! I already returned to CA. I called back 2 times more to ask how he was going to do this or if he was going to return my money and he still hasn't call me back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but it makes we wonder if they even did the oil change or the 21 point inspection and didn't just slap a reminder sticker on the windshield since they were so busy I had to schedule an oil change a month out. It did not leave us with a good impression and this was the dealer where we had originally purchased our car! More
