i am APPALLED how this dealership has treated an 87 year old woman. who is actually a widow of a Chrysler executive. Her Jeep has failed an emissions test 3 times. we used the concierge service at this deal old woman. who is actually a widow of a Chrysler executive. Her Jeep has failed an emissions test 3 times. we used the concierge service at this dealer. who informed her the car just need to be driven. we tried to explain to the service rep we had done the driving portion in two different manors. hence the failed test a third time. after returning the car to her it failed a 4th time. did they not check the check engine light and see if it flashed, to let you you know the O2 sensor was malfunctioning. after charging her $377 dollars they ghosted her. this dealership enhances the reputation of used car personaS and service calls at a dealership. More
