I came in to purchase a new Jeep, I also brought 2 friends that were interested in purchasing as well. After being shuffled to multiple sales reps (mine remained the original rep that greeted us (Sil friends that were interested in purchasing as well. After being shuffled to multiple sales reps (mine remained the original rep that greeted us (Silas)). I was able to work a deal & trade in, however my two friends were being given a run around and the sales rep was trying to force a vehicle that neither wanted. After my sale was done about 2 weeks later I was told to come in and pay more money (I had already received my packet from the credit union for my financing. I asked what this was for and I was given some runaround about the payoff being short for my prior vehicle. I contacted the previous finance company & they informed me that the dealership waited past the 10day payoff and sent a check almost a week past the date. I contacted my attorney and was advised that this is between the dealership and finance company as I already took possession & I had started my new contract with the Credit Union. I found this behavior unprofessional & downright disrespectful. They can’t run a business & they treat customers like crap, during this pandemic you would think going an extra mile to help customers would be the right thing to do. I’m a disabled veteran & im a loyal customer when my friends & family are treated well. This was not the case from this dealership & I will not recommend nor ever return to this company. So Larry Miller not only lost 2 other sales, they have now made one of their customers find a different dealership for service. More
