no response- dealership owes a refund and will not reply Purchased a used 2018 Toyota RAV4 for cash. Specifically told them NO add ons. Was not given paperwork upon completion (was told it was on memory st Purchased a used 2018 Toyota RAV4 for cash. Specifically told them NO add ons. Was not given paperwork upon completion (was told it was on memory stick which turned out to be blank). Upon final receipt of paperwork a week later, found that I had been charged with service plan, and vehicle theft plan. Called, emailed, complained, escalated, etc. HAVE NEVER RECEIVED REFUND! GM (Brent Wood) nor finance manager (Ron Ruby) will return calls, or emails. Apparently one needs to go to court to get resolution Note: service plan was for 3 oil changes pre paid. Turns out that on Toyota still under warranty, those are already included by Toyota! So- pure profit for LHM dealership. Also signed up for a promotion they had - $50 visa card to test drive a new Jeep. Did so- NEVER received that either! More

Very positive experience working with Jeannae. Jeannae was exceptionally great to work with. We dreaded going into a dealership. We expected pressure and canned sales pitches. We were worried for Jeannae was exceptionally great to work with. We dreaded going into a dealership. We expected pressure and canned sales pitches. We were worried for nothing. Jeannae got to know us to make sure we were getting what we needed. We got to know her too. She gave us the facts and time and space we needed to make a decision. Jeannae followed up to make sure everything went well. We felt good about the transaction and do not hesitate to refer friends and family to Jeannae. Josh in Finance was also easy to work with. I don’t go into details about price and such because the price of a car is about the same anywhere you go these days. Dealerships have to make money to keep their operation going. We feel that both we and the dealership did well. More
