About 45 minutes later, he worked out the same payment at a better interest rate but included a kick xxx warranty PSCU offers their members with used vehicle loans. The final straw was when we took our car in for a standard oil change/routine maintenance and it took 3 trips and multiple calls to get everything fixed. They tried to overcharge us and we ended up fighting the bill with our credit card company, and fortunately the credit card company sided with us. We are now looking for a dealership that has better reviews even if it means we have to drive much further to get our car serviced. More
