My experience with the first finance guy I talked to was NOT a positive one. However, I went back and talked to another finance person (Bill) and he fixed the situation. It took us 50 days to get them to send our info to CDOT so we could buy plates We've had a horrible experience with Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It took us 50 days to get them to send our info to CDOT so we could buy plates and their attitude was: "We're very busy". They promised us in writing that they would change the oil and filter free for a year - in writing - then refused to honor the deal. Once we'd bought the car, they were rude and unprofessional. I wish I could awar them zero stars. More
