Avondale Chrysler Jeep's Service Manager Clint Zelez was first rate in handling the issue and met our expectations on customer service. He personally met with us upon our arrival in the service department to assure us that the manner service problems are handled is improved and followup with customer problems will be handled differently. We received follow up calls to verify that the leaking transmission fluid problem had indeed been fixed (which is was).. We will be rewriting our review.
