Just wanted to drop a note and express my appreciation & gratitude for my experience with Oscar Crisotomo in Service last week. I had borrowed a Jeep from a friend for an emergency trip to Palm Springs as I gratitude for my experience with Oscar Crisotomo in Service last week. I had borrowed a Jeep from a friend for an emergency trip to Palm Springs as I had another friend in ICU from a motorcycle accident. While in route the low tire pressure indicator came on and I pulled off the freeway to find myself right next to your dealership. I pulled in and expected to be turned away but Oscar greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake. He listened and very compassionately (and quickly) assisted to get me back on my way to Palm Springs. I am so grateful for his kindness.
