Received very poor service and sub-par professionalism. I recently set an appointment for an express lube oil change. After arriving on time, it took 2.5 hours for an express lube. On top of it, a few w I recently set an appointment for an express lube oil change. After arriving on time, it took 2.5 hours for an express lube. On top of it, a few weeks later I was under the hood and found the power steering reservoir cap missing and the screws to the air filter box loose with one almost falling out. I called the service department to see if I could get my cap back and after being transferred to supposably someone in charge of these kind of decisions I had to leave a message. No response to my message. More
