I was pretty unimpressed by the lack of communication from the service department. I dropped my vehicle off and was asked if I would be waiting for the vehicle or if I would be leaving. I said I didn’t from the service department. I dropped my vehicle off and was asked if I would be waiting for the vehicle or if I would be leaving. I said I didn’t know, it would depend on how long it was going to take. They told me they would let me know within 30 minutes. After about an hour, I checked in with a service advisor who couldn’t find my vehicle in the system. After asking a few more questions, he located the vehicle, and said they had not properly finished the check in. At this point I had a friend pick me up and waited to hear from them. Several hours went by without hearing anything, until I got a text in the afternoon asking me to authorize additional services. I was at no point given any sort of timeline or estimate of when to expect the vehicle. After the weekend I called, and they still didn’t know, but said someone would call me back. Never heard anything til the vehicle was done, about 6 days after I dropped it off. Very poor communication and service in this instance. More
