Do NOT go to this place! I have never had an experience that left me with such a poor impression of a car dealership as I have had with Larry H Miller. My Dodge Ram had a recall so I called Larry H Miller to arrange an appointment to have it fixed. I took my truck in and had my first impression. NOBODY, and I mean nobody acknowledged me. I had to actually walk up to someone sitting at a desk to figure out where to go and what to do. Eventually I got checked in and went to work. I received a call later saying they did not have the needed part and so they could not service my truck. They would have to reschedule at a later date and I had to take 1 ½ hours off of work for their incompetence. I eventually got called for another appointment, so I took my truck in again. It was fixed this time, but when I picked it up I had a few problems. My key gets stuck in the ignition now, I had a low tire pressure indicator, and the hood was not closed all the way. The tire was so bad that I actually had to call roadside assistance a few hours later to change my tire. I tried calling my “service advisor,” Christopher James three times to correct this issue. To date, I have not heard back from him. I have called to speak to the service manager as well and he or she also does not return messages. I am now emailing Dodge at the national level in the hopes that I may have some resolution to these problems. We will see what happens. I will never return to Larry H. Miller and I will do all I can to let as many people as possible know not to go to Larry H. Miller. More

They were "honest" interactions.....and there was no buying pressures. Also, I could not have been happier with the pricing on the vehicle that I had selected. The techs and managers are full of excuses and turns it around so the customer feels the as "what did I get myself into trusting this company." The employees and Manager I delt with were argumentative and very sarcastic. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Jeep, because they don't treat the customer's as their number one priority. Only when you first purchase the vehicle. Don't judge the book by it's cover as they say. Look at the entire company's customer service. They are bad. More

Service department Dropped my vehicle off to have work done on the heater blower motor and was told that I needed a minor tune up. Went to another shop to get my oil changed and was told that my vehicle didn’t even need the minor tune up that I paid for yet so I checked my owners manual and they were right. The service wasn’t recommended until I had 140,000 miles on my vehicle and I only have 44,000. What a rip off!! Don’t go here! They want double to do the front and rear differentials than valvoline charges.? More
