Kevin is awesome, the Service Department not so much Kevin Adkins is hands down the easiest car salesman I have ever dealt with. Over the past 10 years I’ve bought several vehicles and I have never had a Kevin Adkins is hands down the easiest car salesman I have ever dealt with. Over the past 10 years I’ve bought several vehicles and I have never had a salesman that showed the professionalism that Kevin showed. He was straightforward but not pushy. I would love the opportunity to work with Kevin again, however the service department at the particular LHM has forced me to never do business with LHM again. My concerns and displeasure were voiced to upper management and I don’t want to take away from Kevin so I won’t air those issues out here. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle from a salesman that is honest, professional, and doesn’t give you that “stereotypical car salesman” vibe, then Kevin Adkins is your guy. More

I always get a review of regular services that are due but with no pressure to get them done immediately. The service, whether oil change tune-up, brakes, transmission, etc., that I come in for is done quickly and, most importantly, done correctly. The service adviser with whom I have been working most recently, Howard Courtney, is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and he keeps me informed as to the progress of the service that I came in for. Unacceptable service intake. Person who handled my intake was defensive and worthless. She had no clue and demonstrated no people skills at all. Recalls and oil change Made an appointment to get some recalls done and a oil change. Was told I’d be in and out in under two hours so I opted to wait for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for a ride as they forecasted another 2 hours till it was done. Buying the vehicle was great at LHM Dodge, each service however is a xxxx nightmare. More

Poor customer service I have dropped off my car a couple of times to get work done and every time there is a part that that is needed which never comes in in the truckload I have dropped off my car a couple of times to get work done and every time there is a part that that is needed which never comes in in the truckload in the timely matter. No service consultant communication with patron regarding an estimated time of completion. I was never informed of the parts needed until I called to check on the status of the vehicle. The patron should not have to call regarding the status after five hours. Over all, poor customer service More

Slow, poor service I have generally found the dealerships to be reliable and efficient. I am giving up on Larry Miller Jeep. The last time I got service and I got my oil changed. I got home and found the oil was leaking. I had to set up another appoint to fix this. I was not fixed and now I have a big oil spot on my driveway at my house. Since it is time for another oil I brought my Jeep back. I used the express lane set up for oil changes. After an hour and 20 minutes I checked to see what was taking so long for an express oil change. At Jiffy Lube it is a 10 minute job. After an hour and 50 minutes, I had my Jeep back. This means that likely did not start to do the oil change until I asked about it at an hour and 20 minutes. Now ... will I still have an oil leak?? More
