Service Brought my vehicle in to service because parking outside, overnight, in 50° weather, would cause all tires to deflate to pressures anywhere from 29 t Brought my vehicle in to service because parking outside, overnight, in 50° weather, would cause all tires to deflate to pressures anywhere from 29 to 33 PSI !! After a full day of driving only one tire would actually reach the 36 PSI goal of inflation with one tire in particular staying in the red… Told all of this to the service department when I brought it in… after about an hour and a half my vehicle was ready with the service tech explaining that they filled all the tires up to 40 PSI so that leaving it outside overnight would cause it to go down to 36psi with no sensors coming on then…!!!! With that being said I asked him, the tech manager, what would happen if I left it out 2 nights in a row? Then the air pressure would go from 40 down to 36 and down to 29 and 30 as it had been reading previously!!? He didn’t have any reply really… I explained to him that I shouldn’t have to re-fill the tires with air every time I leave it outside overnight and that I could’ve pumped air into all of the tires myself!! It just makes me wonder what genius thought that this would be the solution to the faulty TPSM’s and likely, faulty wheels! Unbelievable really!! This would kind of be like a person who dropped out of math class being in charge of calculating your Social Security benefits!!! I mean, really!!! LOL More

Gabriel Lopez made my wife and I feel very comfortable the moment we walked in the building. I was on the fence between two different vehicles and within 5 minutes Gabe helped me make the decision. He had me do a simple pro and con between both and just like that, I'm buying a Charger. I wasn't disappointed. Over the course of two days we spent close to 8 hours with Gabe. We got to know him a little bit and enjoyed similar stories about our children. After many test drives and looking over the inventory we finally decided on our two vehicles. After negotiations were over, which I'm happy with, we were pushed off to the finance guy. In the past that has been a bad transition for us. This time was amazing. Gabe turned us over to Andy Hotz, who was as fun to work with as Gabe. Andy was upfront and honest about our coverage and he sold me on the benefits. I know I'll take advantage of everything we purchased. In 5 years our cars will still look brand new at 100k miles. Overall my wife and I are beyond happy with the experience. In five to seven years when I replace this car I will be buying from Larry H. Miller again, without question. Thank you so much guys! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I recently received an email for oil change on my Ram Truck using your Rapid Service Program. So Saturday morning I called to see if there was a line I recently received an email for oil change on my Ram Truck using your Rapid Service Program. So Saturday morning I called to see if there was a line up for oil changes and was informed no line at all if I get there soon they could take it right in. I rushed over and made it there in 10 minutes, pulled up and was informed by a service person it would be at least 2 hours! That's not Rapid! I told them to make an appointment for that time in 2 hours and she told me if I wanted an appointment the next earliest appointment would be on Monday! That's not Rapid! I told her she just told me it would be 2 hours and she said that slot is only available if I leave truck there or wait in lobby for 2 hours. TERRIBLE service! I left and tried to call manager and was told to leave number and he would call right back. A week and a half later and I still have not been called! TERRIBLE SERVICE.! Jim Gutierrez More
Hassle Free Experience I checked my Chrysler in for service and repairs expecting it to take all day. Brandon said I would have the car back before lunch. He called and kept I checked my Chrysler in for service and repairs expecting it to take all day. Brandon said I would have the car back before lunch. He called and kept me posted as the work was completed. My car was ready by lunch just as he said. When I went to pick up the car Brandon went over everything to be sure I understood. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. I wouldn't take my Chrysler anywhere else for service. JR More
