Not a good first experience When I first made the appointment the lady said it should by about 3 hours when we dropped it off they said it should only be about 2 hours. 3 hours w When I first made the appointment the lady said it should by about 3 hours when we dropped it off they said it should only be about 2 hours. 3 hours went by then 4 hours later still have not heard from our service person so I text him, he replied let me check. I got busy and by the time I realized another hour has passed! I text him again and few minutes later he text back your car is done. When I went to pick up my van it took another 45 minutes or so and a spring in the push start button was broken. I know they were busy and our service person was nice enough, he wrote up a ticket to order the part to fix the broken button right away but don't lie to me about how long it will take and now I have to go back for the stupid button. This the only car I have with car seats and I had no way to pick up my kids, luckily my parents did not have plans so they watched them the essentially the whole day! Hopefully with my fingers crossed going back to fix push start button won't take this long! More

Great experience at Larry H. Miller I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 4 wheel drive truck for a factory recall. We were traveling on a six week excursion in our Tim Montoya, Assistant Service Manager, gave us 5 star service at our visit to Larry Miller Chrysler. We were traveling on a six week excursion in our Motor Home with our "special Needs" Chrysler in our enclosed trailer. It ended up we needed a new battery. We were able to park out 63 ft long rig a block away and he sent an associate to jump the battery so I could drive the car into their service bay. He resolved the issue immediately and got us on our way. More

Terrible customer service I brought my car to them for a transmission light. They told me I need a new battery to even figure out what’s wrong with my car. I asked to just put in the battery myself and he said he couldn’t release my car with out diagnosing the problem so they had to replace it. Charged me for an oil change that I prepaid for, when asked about it he said that’s just the price and to pay it. Then proceeded to complain about a female employee we were talking to previously and said “ it’s hard to find good women to work here. They are so dramatic! We just fired a woman last week because she claimed sexual harrassment. Women am I right.” And went to shake my fiancé’s hand. It was a disgusting experience and I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Unplanned service! The ladies at the KOA recommended the Larry H Miller Dealership for the repairs. It was well after 5 but the sales getleman was able to find a service scheduler and put her on the phone. She wS very gracious and helped me to calm myself and not panic. She suggested to have AAA tow the truck so it would be there for early evaluation. Howard called me first thing in the morning and throughout the day to keep me abreast of progress. Very professional staff, courteous and caring. I would go back in a minute and definitely recommend them to anyone needing car servicing! More
