Worst Service Experience Ever On July 13, 2018, I took my wife's 2016 Grand Cherokee in for both Routine Maintenance (estimated 30-45 min.), and for Recall Related to Cruise Contro On July 13, 2018, I took my wife's 2016 Grand Cherokee in for both Routine Maintenance (estimated 30-45 min.), and for Recall Related to Cruise Control Problem (estimated 30 min to 1 hour) - Risk of getting stuck wide open - potential for catastrophic accident. Problems: 1. Auto Tech when lifting vehicle, set lift incorrectly and broke Power Step Drive Motor on Right side of vehicle, and bent Power Step Drive Motor mounting on the Left side of vehicle. More problematic to me is the fact that nobody at dealership notified me of the broken motor when I finally was able to leave dealership with my vehicle. I learned about the broken motor and housing when I picked up my wife immediately after leaving dealership. When I called dealership I asked to speak to Fernando Ruiz, Service Manager, who admitted to knowing about the damage to my vehicle, and expressed surprise that my assigned Service Advisor Brandon Banas, who was not the person who advised me that my vehicle was ready to take home. 2. I Had Pre-purchased Maintenance Plan (3 Maintenance Visits for $90) including Car Wash - which was not provided - nor was future credit for a car wash - nor compensation or price reduction. 3. What should have taken a maximum of 1 hour, and 45 min. took from 8:54 AM to 12:00 PM (3 Hours). My prior positive opinion of Larry H. Miller's Service Department has been severly compromised. I just hope and pray that Routine Maintenance and Recall Service on my Cruise Control were professionally handled. I should mention that after calling the Service Manager, he offered to pay for the repair of my vehicle, asking me to send him a bill for the repair. Worse customer service EVER!!! I had an appointment at 0945 this morning to get my car serviced. I sat in the waiting room till 11AM, Finally I walk up to the service desk to see if I had an appointment at 0945 this morning to get my car serviced. I sat in the waiting room till 11AM, Finally I walk up to the service desk to see if my vehicle was ready, and I was advised they were almost done and was told I could go ahead and pay for the service and my car would be brought around to the front. I paid and waited another thirty minutes. I asked several mechanics where my vehicle was and none of them seemed to know. After several minutes I spotted my vehicle parked way in the back of the building but none of the techs had my car keys. I kept being referred to the service advisor who originally took my payment and he dint seem to know where my keys were either. FINALLY at around 11:30 my keys were found. That place is ridiculous. They are short staffed and over book appointments. Lose customer keys. Oh, then was told they could not wash my car cuz their hose was broken. Lol More

Miller for a q My wife and I have a Dodge Durango that needed a new driver's side strut. The Durango is a 2015. My wife took the Durango into Larry H. Miller for a quote. The service department quoted her a price of over $750 dollars (which we paid out of pocket) and she set up an appointment to have the struts replaced on Friday 25 May 2018. We dropped the vehicle off and Jebediah Glaser, service technician, stated that the vehicle would be done in the afternoon. We received a call later in the day that the vehicle is ready, we weren't in the nearby area and notified the dealership that we would pick up the vehicle on Sat. My wife picked up the vehicle on Sat, and after driving it off the lot, immediately noticed something was wrong. It felt like the front end was going to fall off every time she accelerated or hit the brakes. She takes the vehicle back and they realize that the parts they installed were faulty. They never ran a quality check before giving it back to us. We were told that the vehicle won't be ready until Tues, because Monday is Memorial Day weekend. This is a huge inconvenience for us, because I am currently deployed in TX and was only visiting my family for the weekend. This would leave my wife without a much-needed vehicle because she needs to drop off my two boys at school/daycare and get to work. The service department does not have a courtesy vehicle for us, so we are forced to get a rental vehicle. We state that we want to be refunded for the rental vehicle because of the huge inconvenience and they did not properly perform a quality check. Jedediah was apologetic and seemed like he legitimately wanted to help us, but he needed to get permission from his boss, Dave. On Tuesday, my wife picked up the Durango and turned in the paperwork for the rental, which came out to $43 and some change. A month later, we have still not gotten a reimbursement. The most frustrating thing is that we have not been able to touch base with anybody regarding this manner. I have called multiple times and left messages to no response. (They tried calling me back one time, and I was unable to answer). I have been so frustrated with this process that I filed a complaint with Chrysler LLC and informed them of the situation. The representative I spoke with tried to reach out to the dealership and received the same non-response I have been getting for over a month. It is sad I had to take this matter all the way to Chrysler when it could have been fixed in house. This is completely unacceptable and not the way to hold onto customers or make things right. I would give them a B- for service because they did not quality check. As far as the customer service and relations, they receive a huge fail. More

Got it done I made an appointment specific to my needs however, when I got there I had to re-explain why I was there. Due to the volume of service my car didn’t get started on until after 4 hours of my scheduled appointment. My appointment was at 8 am and my car was finished around 5:30 pm. The service is always good, It just happened that I drove over from working a night shift and didn’t expect to sit a full day for my car. More
