Warranty work We were experiencing a warning pertaining to the Stop/Start warning light continuously coming on. We contacted LHM to get an appointment to get this irritating problem corrected. We arrived at our appointed time and was greeted with courtesy. We weren't given an estimated time for the problem to be solved so we left. Our service advisor Howard Courtney is one of a kind advisor. He completely went over the invoice with us and took the time to explain what maintenance was accomplished. He is definitely a valuable asset to LHM. They do need more personnel on Mondays because it took approximately 6 hours for the service to be performed. More

Great Experience After waiting a months for a vehicle at another dealership giving them chance after chance dealing with several different sales associates we decided After waiting a months for a vehicle at another dealership giving them chance after chance dealing with several different sales associates we decided to finally move on. We found the Chrysler online and went into Larry H. Miller for a test drive. Going in we were well aware of everything the vehicle had to offer and how much it was worth. After the test drive we told Elvis what we saw the online price for and would buy the car if they honored it. Elvis did everything we asked of him respected our wishes that we had our own financing. He walked us through everything that was happening and stayed with us while all the numbers were getting figured out. He came back with the price we asked for and made buying the vehicle a breeze. We were at the dealership roughly three hours all together and were in shock how easy this car buying experience was compared to what we had been through the past month. We will be in the market to buy an SUV in a few months and will be returning to Larry H. Miller and requesting to work with Elvis again! More

No Fun Experience I have had two vechicles serviced by LHM and one visit I explained the issue and charged to replace a part and it wasn't even the need or fix I wanted I have had two vechicles serviced by LHM and one visit I explained the issue and charged to replace a part and it wasn't even the need or fix I wanted. On another visit with another vehicle I had a quote to do a sensor replacement and when they did the diagnostics it was what I was quoted but then added more than the quote. I didn't do the work and still got charged. More
