Our only complaint is towards the finance department you must go through to sign papers and get things wrapped up. They were not educated in the law of titling which the HAVE to do for you and provided really poor service. We are an out of state couple here on military orders and we wanted our vehicle registered back in our home state which was our legal address. They basically told us too bad it is easier if we just do it this way. It took me personally 3 days of research and discussions with their staff for them to admit they were wrong. I shouldn't have to go through this much problems after buying a brand new car... Otherwise the rest of our experience was stellar and I believe if we needed another new car I would return despite my struggles. 4/5. More
