I had a FANTASTIC experience in the service department here from the 1st moment to the last. The service members were ALL especially friendly, helpful and respectful. Their positive, personable attitude, service done in a timely manner and genuine care for their customers helped my very unfortunate, upsetting car experience not to become bad in every way. Went in for diagnostic of poor airflow through AC. Tech and check in said he was taking it back to check the cabin air filter and would let me know how much it would be to replace it. After quite a lo Tech and check in said he was taking it back to check the cabin air filter and would let me know how much it would be to replace it. After quite a long wait, a different tech came out to show me my vehicle. They had already replaced the filter without asking me what I wanted. An air filter change is trivial, but they did it without telling me what it would be. I would have said NO to having the dealer do it and done it myself. Instead, I'm out $60. I'm very annoyed. More

I was traveling to Arizona and my check engine light came on in eastern NM. I got into Albuquerque late and went to the dealer early next morning to be early in line. Brought in for missing bolt on driveshaft, tech said there wasn’t anything missing. After I denied and asked to check again they found where there was a missing bolt.
