Why I gave them a 5 - My family and I were on vacation and had our car break down just 100 miles outside of Albuquerque, N.M. We had our Journey towed to a small town repair shop who said we needed a new and had our car break down just 100 miles outside of Albuquerque, N.M. We had our Journey towed to a small town repair shop who said we needed a new engine and they could not do that repair. Feeling utterly stuck and sadden since we were on our way to the balloon festival, I called around to find a dealership in Albuquerque. One did not even bother to call me back but Larry H. Miller not only got me a service person right away but they helped me find a tow truck that would come get us (which included my husband and my two kiddos of 5 and 11) and bring us to them. WOW! The service did not stop there, the following morning Tim called us and first asked for permission to start the diagnosis and then he called back shortly after to say he had diagnosed the problem (which was not an engine but an issue with hoses, etc) and my vehicle would be repaired that DAY! It was ready later that afternoon. Tim and the Larry H. Miller dealership gave us many things besides great service. We were still able to take the kids to the festival because of them, we had security in knowing our Dodge had been repaired and with comfort drove it all the way back home to Austin, Texas, and we had peace of mind because of Larry H. Miller. More
The service was excellent but the cost I believe was quite high. The regulator replaced at $150.63 in comparison to Autozone's $64.99 (possible rebuilt) and Napa's $89.99. Very Good experience from beginning to end. I like the set up of the service bays. They are large, lighted very well and nice and clean. I also love the fact that the offices to take care of the paperwork are very close and I dont have to go on an expedition to get to one! Mr Montoya met me at my vehicle, asked what the issues were took me to the office and 5 minutes later i was on my way! My Nitro went in for an airbag light being on. The techs did what they do and took care of the issue same day! When I returned to pick up my Nitro it was parked very close to the service bays which I really like. Thank you to all involved!!! I had a warranty claim on my Dodge Avenger. Larry H. I had to have my 2010 jeep go in for a recall, but I bought my jeep ( two weeks earlier ) from Larry Miller Hyundai on Coors and they did not fix the recall I was told to go here, And I am glad I did. Now, not with Francisco, but the dealer ship management is where my little compliant rests. When I am directed to your business by the people of USAA, then know that financing is through them. If the general manager and sales manager insist that a customer needs in house financing, this places undue stress on the whole deal. The dealer will receive moneys from the finance institution, hold backs, monthly quota from Chrysler Group based on monthly sales, and god knows where else. Well that said, know I would travel to your dealership for minor maintenance to be performed. I would say hello to Francisco, even take him out for lunch, and then come in and harass the xxxx out the head honchos. You deserve it!!, And don't forget the hat!!!!! With graditude William More

Even though the dealership was busy, Chris welcomed me while Jude went to get the car I wanted to see. Jude provided me with a tremendous amount of information about the vehicle while we were on the test while Jude went to get the car I wanted to see. While Jude had the car detailed, I waited for Mr. Hill in the finance department. Mr. Hill was efficient as we went over many of the financial details. The processes of the dealership are streamlined and there is a lot of things going on at the same time to reduce the customer waiting time. They made me feel like a valuable customer. I gave this rating because from the moment i walked in i was treated well. I was sold exactly what i asked for and not pushed by anyone for anything i did not need or want.
