I had a FANTASTIC experience in the service department here from the 1st moment to the last. The service members were ALL especially friendly, helpful and respectful. I was traveling to Arizona and my check engine light came on in eastern NM. I got into Albuquerque late and went to the dealer early next morning to be early in line. My advisor was prompt, professional, and courteous. The website let me see the status of the work being done. They took pictures of the trouble areas and I could see what needed to be replaced. Brought in for missing bolt on driveshaft, tech said there wasn’t anything missing. After I denied and asked to check again they found where there was a missing bolt.
