Basil was very efficient and knowledgeable, not only about the car I purchased but, about his handling of the paper work. He brought me through the red tape with ease. I felt he got to know me fairly rapidly and he made me feel comfortable about my decision. What impressed me most was his attention to details such as explaining how to use all of the features the car supplies, right down to the air-pressure the tires need to keep the car performing well and reducing fuel costs. I purchased this vehicle (Pontiac Solstice) and a new Dodge truck (in December 2010) from your dealership. I have had very good service throughout the timeframe. The only problem encountered was the "fobs" that came with the Dodge. We have had problems getting them to work after the first 6 months of usage. The service department has reprogrammed them twice and I have replaced the batteries 3 times. Recently, the service dept was going to reprogram them a third time but after further discussion they replaced them, so we hope that this will correct the problem. I am very happy with the purchases I have made as well as the service. Sean is the individual who typically handles me and does a very good job and is very pleasant.
