I arrived for my appointment at 0700. The service door was locked, the staff was in a meeting and told my to wait . I was then greeted by staff and got an Uber to my work close by . I received an email to call for approval of the original item I took the car in for. I waited 20 minutes on hold add spoke to no one. I hung up aced texted the service rep. She said she approved the invoice. I told her I cannot wait on hold for 20 minutes at work, aced she texted me from then on. Car was fixed, ride share from work back to dealer was good. My only complaint is be ready to b receive customers at the time you set appointments. U was late for work. Do t made people sit in hold for 20 plus minutes to speak to someone! More

I needed service done on the truck and after the multi point inspection they noticed it needed brakes. After given the price, I was worried about not being able to afford it. 3rd time is charm with this service department. 2.5 hours for a Synthetic oil change which apparently turns out to only be a synthetic blend rather than full synthetic. Verified the part number listed for the oil with the parts dept. The person that checked me in asked if the vehicle I brought in was associated with another individual and I said no that I bought the vehicle used. You think he would have changed the info for the owner in the system. Nah, didn't happen. So when the vehicle was ready, they call for that individual but of course they don't respond because....they weren't there . I had to inquire with the lady calling out the name if it was a red 2017 jeep Cherokee .....Yup, you guessed it, my vehicle. Finally get to depart and then after getting home I look over the service ticket, the original owners name, address ,phone number and email address is still on the ticket. Wonder how she'd feel knowing I have this info? Then to top it off, the mileage listed coming in was 10k more than the odometer. So a little trip back to the service department was needed to get the ticket corrected for records for warranty purposes. No one seemed really too pleased to correct the issue but we did get it corrected. Then when asking about the type of oil used, I was told to check with parts dept. When I approached the counter, the guy was too busy on phone to be bothered and had the attitude that it was an inconvenience and bother to answer my question but he did say the oil was synthetic blend then realized the service ticket said synthetic and tried to change his answer. When ya pay for a service you expect decent honest service. Time for us to go elsewhere More
Worse dealership I have ever encountered go to Melloy Dodge. I bought a 2022 Ram 2500 Diesel it started lunging forward took it in and they said it was normal. To make a long story short I went to litigation with Chrysler which took 10 months!!!!! They sent a technician to Melloy Dodge and had my truck fixed in 1 day. I had some oil changes that were already paid for and was told when purchasing that you can just come in and it won’t take more than 1/2 hour I came yesterday and was told it’s better to make an appointment!?!? So I made an appointment for today and they said it would take 3 hours??? I saw the manager he said he would see what he could do You can’t win with theses guys it’s horrible. Completely dysfunctional. Save yourself a whole lot of head ache and go somewhere else More
