The issues are related to the Service and Finance departments: They overcharged us $500 for a Grand Cherokee we bought there by forgetting the down payment at closing. Then the service department smashed into one of the doors during the car's inspection and mounted the wrong rear wiper blade which made it inoperational though the paperwork stated it had passed inspection. As a consequence, the car was in the shop for 2 weeks. The body shop did a great job though. The AC fan needs replacing which that had known all along. Yet the part wasn't available when picking it up. So the car will have to go back once more for that. On the other hand, Jordan Adams, our salesmanm did a great job navigating through these pitfalls, and he is very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. He had the car detailed and filled up with gas twice, at the initial sale and after the body work. More
I had my 2019 Ram 2500 towed to the dealership to repair my right front wheel and axle assemble during a move from Oklahoma to Nevada. As this seemed a little fast, I have been attempting to have someone call or email me with some question I have for 5 days without success. I am over 1000 miles away and have to make travel arrangements to receive my vehicle. I also had a service person hang up on me when I request to speak to the service manager. Is it so difficult to return a phone call? More
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they said to come back in the morning and pick up the vehicle so they could detail it. The sales managers Val and Brandon were both directly dishonest to me about this matter. I hope this is not how this dealership does business with everyone! More
Scheduled an oil change for my diesel truck for 12 pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was checked in by Cody. After 2 hours I finally went and looked for Cody to find what the heck is going on since he said a little longer? Cody got Oscar who was in charge of my vehicle to talk to me and he said just 10 more minutes. Well at 2:45pm had to back again to service and they finally had truck ready. The dealership communicates very good reminding of appointments but falls flat when giving times to complete etc. Absolutely NO ONE even made an attempt to bring the customer updates! Worst customer service ever. Lied about work being done when car was not even in garage. No apologies for the lie or lack of service. Don’t bother with appts.
