I brought my car into this dealership to get it fixed I needed the remote lock unlock fixed I needed the the blinkers fixed and I needed to find out what was going on with the power steering they did nothing with the the lock unlock that was broken they didn't even touch the blinker they didn't do anything to fix that they supposedly fixed the power steering but they didn't they messed up the belts and they cracked the housing on the power steering pump they never took it for a test drive the car was there for eight days they did nothing to fix it when I brought it home as soon as we started driving the car we noticed it was running worse than when we brought it there it is now sitting in the driveway broken down I tried to contact management they never contacted me back I emailed them they never emailed me back I am insisting on getting my money back and they're lucky I'm not suing them for the damages that they've done to our car

this is sage Marie I took my 2000 Oldsmoble Alero to be serviced. The remote key was not fixed, the blinker was not fixed .I let the serviced people no we were having problems with the power steering. they decided to replace the power steering pump. They never test drive the car, the power steering pump housing was cracked. The belts were not put on properly now they want us to bring it back in even though it is almost un drivable

My experiences at Larry Miller Jeep have all been professional, on-time, and exceptionally efficient. All check ups and upgrades have been performed exactly as expected. I was kept informed along the way via text messaging, thus eliminating the need for close personal contact and aiding social distancing requirements. I have found that Larry Miller's service department seems to be way ahead of the curve in using technology to improve the overall service experience. It is also very apparent that all members of the service team are very well trained and well managed.

"LHM Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's service department needs..."

LHM Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's service department needs serious help and a leadership change. This service department has serious problems and has gone down hill in the past couple of years. Our advisor this time Trent P did fine and got our oil change done within the promised time. But when we came to retrieve the vehicle nobody paid attention to us for several minutes. This also happened a couple of months ago with our other vehicle as I watched and listened to employees discussing workplace drama and not asking to help me. Recently when we called the service department it took 4 calls to get a person to answer. It looks like their shorthanded but it's also apparent that employees are not happy with things. The receipt was hard to understand with labor and parts not clearly laid out. $103 for two filter changes ("air filter (gas) inspection line" and "cabin air filter inspection line") seems excessive when it's not clear how much for each. We're glad one of our contracts for pre-paid oil changes has expired, but sorry about taking the other one for two more oil changes.

"Sanitation and health compliance is a joke to the service..."

Sanitation and health compliance is a joke to the service department. Service rep and manager used tactics to extort and intimidate me. After I paid their extortion fee in order to get my key back, I was not allowed to leave the bay where my car was parked and had to escape through a narrow opening after they opened and closed the door on my moving car. Worst experience of my life, and all it was over is a menial $135. Guess this dealership is broke and needs to intimidate their customers into paying for things out of pocket that are actually covered under warranty. Overheard a conversation of a customer having to pay thousands of dollars personally several times for a problem with a vehicle 2 years old still within factory warranty. Do yourself a favor and drive the 10 miles to the next one down the road and stay far away from these people.
