The 1. I purchased a car with Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep on January 25th. I signed a contract with an agreement of monthly payment and interest. The dealership never had approval from the bank. They performed multiple hard inquiries on my credit after I was "approved" with them. This has impacted my credit score. The sales manager, Ryan, refused to send a letter to rescind the inquiries to Equifax. I ended up returning the purchased vehicle to them and reclaiming my trade in. My trade-in now has alignment issues, scrapes on the front dam that will need to be addressed. There were 0 issues with my trade-in previously. 2. My sales person, Bosco, told me there were options available on the purchased car which are not offered on this vehicle (V6 engine, Homelink, heated seats etc). He invented what the car came equipped with and simply rattle off options that don't exist Bosco, my salesman, told me that Larry H Miller had a way to check my credit without impacting my credit score. This is untrue. I continue to receive notices from credit reporting institutions (Equifax) that Larry H Miller is asking for hard inquiries. These inquiries have affected my credit. These hard inquiries are occurring after I signed documentation agreeing to finance. My signature for financing nullifies their ability to pull further credit requests. Up until yesterday they were pulling hard inquiries. I told Bosco 6 times (minimally) that I will not be initialing or signing any paperwork with out reading the documentation first. He did not want me to read the finance information. Instead he repeatedly told me to "Just sign it. Just sign it. Just sign it." 3. Finance department (Kendall Beazer) told me I had an agreement with University First Federal Credit Union for finance. He said the pay off on my trade-in would take up to 10 days. He did not indicate anything nor did I knowingly sign anything that explained it would take up to 30 days to finalize the loan. He was very clear that the numbers I signed for would be the numbers I would be financing for. Summary: I was sold a car without financing. Credit affected because they were unable to deliver what was promised and signed for. Misled with options available on the car from sales team. Landin helped me navigate the sales process remotely as I was buying the car out of state. He stayed in communication throughout the process and coordinated everything that needed to be done with finance and was buying the car out of state. Jake picked me up from the airport when I arrived and we talked about cars the whole way back to the dealership. The dealership itself was really well maintained and everyone I met was very hospitable. Lexus in the showroom and Kendall in finance were also great to work with. Would recommend! More

Very pleasant buying experience. I purchased a used Ram truck on-line, and arrived at the dealership late on New Years Eve to take delivery. The condition of the truck was exactly as I purchased a used Ram truck on-line, and arrived at the dealership late on New Years Eve to take delivery. What a great group of people! This dealership has changed dramatically from the last time I went into them. This time was a total pleasure. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of at anytime in the pro dramatically from the last time I went into them. This time was a total pleasure.
