This time I tried to make an appointment in advance to avoid this long wait. I was told that they don't make appointments, that it is first come first serve. I was told that they had 5 technicians on site and the wait would not be long. So I headed over there immediately. I arrived within 15 minutes of my phone conversation. The associate checking people in was Roger, he did not acknowledge any of the people that were waiting....not a word. I didn't even know if he was the person I should be checking in with. I went over to the booth next to his and spoke with Tina and she was polite and assured me that Roger would check me in. He just went about printing up all the papers and clicking away on his computer without so much as an "I'll be with you in a minute" . Even after the other 2 people in line ahead of me had been helped he still did not ask me if he could help me or talk to me at all without me initiating the conversation about what I was there for.. Very odd experience for sure! Then when I got checked in I ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change. Lots of sales people around, no customers to actually sell anything to but apparently not enough service technicians to take care of the customers that were there to have their vehicles serviced. I will most likely not be back to this location. More

I was under the impression it was a diagnostic appointment since I was asked whether or not I would wait. I was called after lunch to come pick it up and upon arrival was ignored for over 5 minutes while at least 7 employees walked around me. I was the only customer in the immediate area. The service tech Cameron Workman seemed bothered by my presence when I interrupted him for my keys. When my vehicle was delivered they didn’t have the presence of mind to return it as they got it. I left the seat wrap and paper floor mat in the parking lot. The only positive experience was the shuttle driver who was very courteous and friendly. Quite possibly the worst dealership service with little to no regard for customer service. After buying 2 new cars there in the past 5 or 6 years I won’t be back. More
Poor Delivery I’m satisfied with the deal I received, but delivery of the vehicle was poor. The 2500 wasn’t particularly clean, the DEF fluid was only half full, th I’m satisfied with the deal I received, but delivery of the vehicle was poor. The 2500 wasn’t particularly clean, the DEF fluid was only half full, the windshield washer fluid wasn’t full, a missing lug nut I noticed during the test drive hadn’t been fixed(that’s another story). I've had the truck almost 2 weeks and still have zero paperwork from the finance guys. More

Worst customer service experience ever went in to do a trade on a van to get into a newer van they let me take the newer van home for about 3 weeks with the deal that I thought I had then went in to do a trade on a van to get into a newer van they let me take the newer van home for about 3 weeks with the deal that I thought I had then they called me back and told me they couldn't do that deal and they wanted to up my payment by like $200 so they ended up taking the van back so that was not the deal that I agreed to I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody they don't have good customer service they're salesman's never get ahold of you they treat you like dirt if you don't have good credit More
Robot calling I received a robot call call from Pete Voss that stated a customer wanted to buy my vehicle and they(LHM) had none on the lot. The context of the voicemail was predicated on lies and only served LHM to drum up business. I tried to call Pete Voss on an alleged personal cell but found that to be another lie as the number connects to the sales department. I tried to contact LHM to obtain an email address to contact Mr. Voss but amazing enough the store manager at a car dealership does not have email according to the web help and phone operators, so this is my only avenue to express my distaste for unwanted robot calls filled with lies. These people are sharks that contact you whether or not you want to be contacted. Stay away from this place. I bought my 2016 Ram Laramie Diesel from Dennis Dillon Ram in Caldwell Idaho. Saved over $18000 from any Utah dealer. I recommend them for the savings in money alone. Mr Voss, if you ever read this, the majority of folks you robo call do not want to be contacted with a voicemail full of deception. You never had my business a buyer but now have lost me as a warranty and service customer. I can’t trust the collusion you generate solely to drum up business I do not wish to be contacted in any manner by this business again. No calls, emails, voicemails... nothing Mike Gray. P.S.
