Went in for my first 5K oil change and tire rotation. And, Im not really sure if they did. The oil life was not reset. Lousy customer service! They could not find my keys. The young lady at the front desk was so rude to other customers. Not me. The phone rang she did not want to answer because the guy is a jerk. All they had to do was communicate to me. Last those chairs are so uncomfortable. After sitting in them for 2 hour I was in so much pain. If they would have just communicated I would come back at another time. I had dinner reservations that I missed and left in pain my night was ruined! More
