Dealership has been great to work with. Isaiah takes care of our company needs. It is difficult when he is not there. Isiah was not there on this particular service, Also I was told th Isaiah takes care of our company needs. It is difficult when he is not there. Isiah was not there on this particular service, Also I was told that there is a seatbelt issue, and that ram is not going to cover the cost of fixing the seat belt. I will look into this, as this is a safety issue, and it would be very disappointing if ram truly is not going to take care of this issue More

Purchased my truck here and it is serviced here. I have used the quick oil change lane and full service center. Both great. Very disappointed! I have been going to LHM Sandy for over 10 years with my Jeep Wrangler, all the services on my vehicle have been done here! The last couple of visits I have been going to LHM Sandy for over 10 years with my Jeep Wrangler, all the services on my vehicle have been done here! The last couple of visits I have received notes from the service department saying my Jeep needs service on various things from transmission, brakes, radiator— well the record keeping or disregard for what has been done is astonishing!,, Brakes for instance, the brakes were done on the back less than 20K miles ago and front brakes done with less than 3K miles- today my guy says the back brakes are needing attention- REALLY with less than 20k on them! This is complete xx and not what I am use to with LHM dealerships… Thanks Tim More

That said the service rep stayed a few extra minutes late so I’ve got no complaints. They were great. More
