I have hesitated in doing this review. My time is scarce. However, I own 3 companies myself and I'd be appreciative if I knew of an issue my client may have with me, an employee or my services. I also believe word of mouth is key to most success. It has been for me! My experience with my Dodge Ram trucks getting serviced at LHM in Sandy over the past 5yrs I felt was good. I appreciated the service department and I felt that they appreciated me. If a part or situation took time on my trucks, as all were under warranty, I understood and was patient. Simply appreciating there efforts for taking care of my vehicle. However, I feel much differently now. My trust in them and happy attitude toward Kyle my service advisor in Sandy has been much effected. I never yell or even get angry. I just feel extremely betrayed. I bought a new 2021 TRX that as many know is a rare Ram truck everyone is talking about and like LHM, dealers are getting 10 to 40k over MSRP. Some are paying $140,000 just to have one of these killer trucks! . The service center hadn't had one in until mine needed some work. The first was my fan to cool engine went out at about 1300 miles. No ones fault. No worries it was fixed. Right when I picked it up it had a suspension fault and caution to drive slow light. I took it back to Kyle twice in one week cuz this fault kept coming up on the cluster. They ended up keeping this new TRX for over a month. Kyle said it needed a new computer unit. I was totally patient. It was not anyones fault. But i did make it clear I had it sold because I wanted a grey TRX that I had ordered special. I wanted my white one they were fixing to be kept safe especially for my friend who was buying it. This $100,000 plus truck was not just any truck! 702hp, launch control, Baja mode etc. Its a work of genius! It was my baby. Lol. My loaner truck each time they gave it to me actually 3 different times, was always filthy, I didn't know if the front and hood was painted or a burial ground for mosquitos! Always, loaned to me with just 5 miles before the yellow gas light would blare at me. The 3rd time was the 1 month time. Sitting in lines at Sam's club to put 5 gallons of gas in it because i never knew when id be notified to get my truck! I never heard anything on the status so I called to check in a few times after 3 weeks wondering about my gas trip timings. Ha Ha. Kyle said they were about done but asked me like before if he could drive it home to "just make sure" it was fixed. Riverton isn't to far away I said, "sure no problem just be nice to it" ... Later, Upon getting it back it was 3/4 emptier, and had almost 300 more miles on it! Over 20% more than before and with how my buyer had seen it! The paperwork however showed they drove it just 14 miles! We saw in the uconnect setting that these guys went on a joy ride! Launched it, (I never had) cuz I feel it abuses it, its my truck! The computer showed they'd gone 109mph. Before finding this out and picking it up, Kyle was not their. Hmmm. This other attendant went to the service manager i later called about this whole situation , to let him know i returned the truck dirty! "Dirty" I said.... Are you kidding!? Then he was ignorant to me after he feeled some sort of important role. It had been washed 3 days earlier and it had rained the day after. A black truck with No mosquito morgue, no dirty windows like I received it a month earlier! Mean while they have A $100,000 truck depreciating, me without it all those weeks not able to enjoy driving it, Now it has 300 ridden hard as xxxx miles on it and he's talking to the manager about there cloth seat loaner truck coming back dirty with an extra 75miles of fuel in it! BTW, I lost the sale with my friend on the truck because of this situation! Clint the manager, thought I was the greatest gentleman to not be angry, yet he knew the gas they used and the 300 miles, launching it, 109mph etc. He acted concerned but to only appezz my good nature. A tank of fuel and a few free car washes wouldn't have tickled his short hairs. But instead he told me he wanted the technician to drive it to Coalville so he could make sure everything was OK. Coalville! Really, It needed to go to Coalville? 300 mile Ferris Buelller road rally trip!? I know most people at executive firms in SLC do to the companies I own. They trust me on dealerships and cars I research since my household like cars. My 23yr old had 18. I won't say how many I've loved and owned, But I'd need a freighter to move them all. I was honestly taken advantage of, perhaps do to my good attitude and nature. I will never support such a place again. Especially with a manager that i felt only protected the giggles in the hallway and behind his own desk... At least I felt that way after he hung up with me. More

First, of all, I'm fairly pleased with the work done. The car seems to be running a little rougher at idle than it was before but it's better on the road overall. And they did Uber me home and back to the dealership. The issue I have with this location is their overall lack of professionalism and communication. I had to go there on two separate days because the clerk couldn't find my appt on the first day. It was there in the computer but she couldn't find it. Worse was that I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours thinking the car was getting worked on when it wasn't. Even worse was that I didn't get a phone call saying they didn't have an appt for me and probably weren't going to be able to work on it that day. I was upset but made an appt right then with that clerk for two weeks later. All was fine on the day of the appt until I still hadn't heard from her by 2 pm for an estimate for the work the technician thought the car needed. Very vague information about my 64,0000 mile service was given when I talked with the clerk the day before the appt. I could have been looking at a lot more cost. As it was, a throttle body service, spark plugs and a transmission service for $750 was about what I was expecting. Still not too happy about the poor communication, but I did get to meet a couple nice Uber drivers. More

We c BEWARE My wife leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from LHM Jeep Sandy in 2018. The lease term ends this month so we decided to buy out the lease. We called Chrysler financial to get our payoff amount. It was $25k, and change. My wife called LHM to find out if we needed to do anything through them to finish the transaction. They told her she needed to come in to sign documents. She asked if they could be e-signed, or sent to us. They told her she had to come in. This was our first red flag. We both figured they just wanted one last shot at selling us another car. She went to the dealership, and they talked her into running the loan through the dealership instead of our personal bank. She filled out the application, and they went back into the magic hidden room for awhile. When the salesman returned they showed her the new loan docs with a loan amount of $38k, and change, which included a $1600 "processing fee" When my wife asked why the loan amount was so much higher than the payoff, they told her it was because that is the current market value............................ Then, and only then did they ask what the actual payoff was. They did not care before. They were trying to steal $13,000 from us. After she told them that was not going to work, they went back into the magic room, and got rid of the extra amount. At this point, she was upset, and walked out. Afterwards I called the dealership, and spoke to a sales manager. He tried to explain that the information in the Chrysler system only shows him "current market value" which has NOTHING to do with the actual payoff of the loan, and as we all know is extremely inflated currently. He did not tell me they made a mistake. He did say this happens all the time................................... LHM Chrysler Jeep Sandy saw a woman walk into a dealership by herself, and tried to deceive her into giving them an extra $13,000 that they were not entitled to. I can almost guarantee there are people out there that have fallen for this, and hopefully this story will save someone from making this mistake in the future More
