Shutterman responded

I called back and left a message for Cody. He called me the next and listened to what happened and then said he would have a mechanic available when I brought my Van back in at 1:30 that day. If the mechanic could fix the Radio problem after checking a few things, I said I would be fine set up a time to leave it. The Mechanic did resolve the Radio issue and was also able to get the other two less demanding issues resolved. I was in and out in less than an hour, which is what I was hoping for and to not loss another day of work if I had to leave it. I called Cody and left him a voice mail, thanking him for making this happen. Going forward, I will be try requesting Larry because I rarely get the same service advisor because they are no longer there. Thank you, Rob Fahnestock
