Sales dept is great. Service dept doesn't give a xxxx about its customers. Purchased a used car in cash in Oct 2023 - after using the car three times in the last few months and about 1000 mi driven, had massive electrical and radiator breakdown that left me stranded. Learned now that the Service team doesn't return calls, can't provide updates, doesn't call back when promised (or at all). I have never ever experienced anything remotely this bad at any dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. This behavior communicates very clearly - 1) we are disorganized or 2) we don't give a crap about our customers or 3) we are unprofessional and ill-equipped to handle our work. I was assigned to the Service Dept manager (Steven Padyk) and he failed to return messages, failed to provide updates and failed to follow-thru on every single thing he said he would do. Not a good look for a dealership's service manager. This dealership is losing my service business and any car I or my family will look to make going forward. More

I had a horrible experience at this dealer two weeks ago. I was coming in to look at a new Jeep Wrangler, while on my way I was on their website and I noticed they had a $50 gift card offer if you test drive I was coming in to look at a new Jeep Wrangler, while on my way I was on their website and I noticed they had a $50 gift card offer if you test drive a truck. I was like, cool, we can check that out and the Jeep I was interested in buying. When we first walked in a very young sales person came up to help us. I honestly don't think he was even one of the sales guys. He acted like he didn't think that we would be able to afford to purchase something there and told us what the monthly payments would be for a new one. I was like ok cool. Then he asked if we thought we could do that. I told him I'm not concerned about that. He kept probing to see if we really were interested in the truck. I told him we are really interested in the Jeep. He said he could just get us the gift card for the truck even if we don't drive it. Nice. We took a Jeep Wrangler Willy's 4XE out for a test drive and I loved it. He didn't tell us anything about any of the features. When we came in they weren't able to get even close to the price that I saw online for a lease. They had him go back and forth to the sales office and I just thought that was rude instead of having someone in finance come talk to us. He used his sales technique to say what can we do to earn your business. I told him what I was looking for and I don't think he even took it to the sales office as he didn't think it was doable. At this point he said that they would just take our names and send us our gift cards which was hard to believe. I said I'd wait for the email. They didn't at all know what to do to get us the gift cards. We told them we had a code they needed to input on the website to redeem it. I told them we would wait, because it seemed like they weren't going to do it. We waited for an hour with everyone ignoring us at a table until finally another associate came out to check with us. He said the website was down and that they would definitely get it in and get it to us or if they didn't they would cut us a $50 check. Surprise, surprise we never got it and they have been incessantly calling and emailing us with the information we provided for the gift card. I ended up buying the Jeep I wanted from another local dealer who provided a much better experience. I would never go here again. More

I took my car in for a simple repair. My tire pressure sensors weren’t working. I was told Colin Rees could get it done with one hour of labor. He told me to come back a day later even though I had an appt scheduled. I said okay I didn’t mind. I came back the next day and they got it done. They drained my Secondary battery so it is no longer good and put a light on my dash and also made it so my fob isn’t programmed to my vehicle anymore. He told me I am liable for that and need to pay for it. Which is incorrect because it should be part of the process of what I paid for them to do. They are supposed cover both fobs. So I have a battery that they drained and a non working fob. They are telling me it’s my fault and that I need to pay for it. Colin Rees told me to be logical and blamed it on me for some odd reason when it was working from before. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for about a week and a half now. I am very upset. This guy scams people for money and I’m not happy about it. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here. Avoid this place at all costs. More
