Fair - Honest - EASY! I found the Jeep I was looking for (after a 6+ month search and two prior fails with other dealers) online at LHM, and sent a request on the vehicle. I found the Jeep I was looking for (after a 6+ month search and two prior fails with other dealers) online at LHM, and sent a request on the vehicle. Brad, even though it was his day off,m was very quick to respond and answer all my questions. The price negotiation was fair, simple, straight forward, and quick. Later in the transaction during the final paperwork process an error was discovered, and it was corrected in MY favor - truly displaying a "Customer First" attitude by the dealership. A small chip in the windshield was also identified and fixed prior to my taking the vehicle. Being a "Fly and Buy" purchase (I live in CA and flew out to purchase the vehicle and then drove it back), Brad took many pictures in addition to those in the original postings to ensure I knew what I was buying, and was quick to answer any questions. He also arranged my pick-up at the airport and had everything ready for a quick final paperwork transaction at the dealership once I arrived. All in all an incredible buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership, and Brad, for their honest no-nonsense approach to car sales. More
