Just wanted a car I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It was the worst experience i have ever had. I feel as though i was treated as a second I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It was the worst experience i have ever had. I feel as though i was treated as a second class citizen. I went with this dealership, even though i live in St. George, because i was having a hard time getting approved for a car because of a recent bankrupts. I called and had a young man assure me they could get me financed with a vehicle. I spoke with he over the next 3 or so days collecting my information to try and get me approved, after which i was sent to another sales agent because it was his day off or something. The second lady i only spoke with once assuring me they were working to get me the best deal. The next day another salesman called me and said they had gotten an approval but working on it and i would get a call on Monday after the weekend. Tuesday i called in for the last guy i talked to, he wouldn't take my call, transferred to a manager who said he would look into it an call back. I missed the call and got a message saying THEY actually couldn't get me financed at this time.. sorry.. call us back in the future. Its not the denial, but the fact that just because i was in a bankrupts they treated me like someone who didn't matter and passed me around getting my hopes up only to tell me no. More
