Just trying to buy my lease. I came in 1/19/19 to buy my lease. I went to customer service, and was approached by Ladonte. I explained to Ladonte that I wanted to purchase my leas I came in 1/19/19 to buy my lease. I went to customer service, and was approached by Ladonte. I explained to Ladonte that I wanted to purchase my lease. He took my information and took it to Erik Jacobson to process quote. 1st attempt was 3000 over what Chrysler quoted me. I explained this to Ladonte and showed him my quote from Chrysler. Ladonte took it back to Erik. Erik redid the paperwork and sent Ladonte out. 2000 higher than Chrysler quote. Ladonte did not know how to properly explain; He needs more training. We were 10 feet away from Erik sitting behind his glass wall and must have been to good himself to come out and properly explain difference between his quote and Chryslers.
