He is friendly, typically quick to respond (until recently), and is not pushy. He has always taken care of me. On to the dealership: both cars I purchased were not cleaned properly on the interior. Both times I had to have them re-do it. Dust, dirt, pet hair, etc. they do a great job on the exterior but could spend some more time on the interior. To Jason’s credit he spent time working with the detailer to help meet my expectations which I appreciated. Would just like to see the attention to detail prior to my delivery to prevent waiting longer for it to be done right. The Jeep tools were not included when I picked up the vehicle, had to return to the dealership for them. Ken took care of me quickly. Despte a few hiccups and a clunking that I need addressed with service, I am pleased with my experience with LHM SANDY and especially Ken. More

Terrible WOMEN BEWARE!! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there recently to get my A/C fixed. They gave me quote, fixed my A/c then tried to up sell me on a thrott WOMEN BEWARE!! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there recently to get my A/C fixed. They gave me quote, fixed my A/c then tried to up sell me on a throttle body cleaning. Thankfully, my brother-in-law is an A.S.E. mechanic and told me that a throttle body cleaning is not recommended per the owner’s manual, maintenance schedule and is not is mentioned. Also, if there was a problem with it, I would notice it immediately. Larry H. Miller also told me that I needed a fuel rail flush. A fuel rail flush is not needed nor recommended. Modern fuels DO NOT cause build up. I spoke with the General Manager, Cory Nannemann who did not care about what I was telling him and said he would have his service manager call me. I spoke with the service manager, Cody Eckhardt who told me, that car manufactures try to keep “cost of maintenance down and do not list all maintenance in the owner’s manual” and “fuel quality in every state in different, therefore they cannot put it in the owner’s manual.” Any person knows that there is a federal fuel regulation applicable to every state and these guys are a joke! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM! They were taking advantage of me as a woman. They never would have told my husband the same thing. I will never take my car back there for this reason. Women beware! They will take advantage of you. More

Bought a great Jeep Cherokee with the options I wanted. I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, except black upholstery. Black holds too much heat in the summer. I was discouraged until Ken told me that the upholstery could be changed...Yippee!!! I chose several colors and narrowed it down to one. Ken called me when the rep was there. They were concerned that I wouldn't be happy with my choice. The rep and Ken talked to me and explained their points. The color that was recommended was actually my first choice, I just didn't think it was available. I'm excited to get the new ones. Ken, Dante, Mike and Carolyn were very helpful and went along with my silly jokes. Ken kept in touch with me on the whole deal. He talked with me on his days off answering my questions. That doesn't happen with most employees for large purchases. Ken also helped my son find a car. It's a great car. I recommend Ken all the time!! I know Ken and expected him to know his business. He went above and beyond. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone with whom I dealt!. More

I was actually pre-disposed towards another make of the truck before learning more about the Dodge Ram 2500. Ken Labrum assisted me with a number of aftermarket customization selections and then ensured a quick turnaround. It saved me time and money and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. This was our first company vehicle purchased and it won’t be the last one we get it from him. More
