Brad made me feel very relaxed throughout the whole process because he explained things thoroughly and did not try to pressure me or upsell me into another vehicle. He respected that I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. He explained each process thouroughly, so I didn’t feel like I was in the dark at any step, nor did I feel overwhelmed. He is just the best and I recommend him to every first time car buyer I know! When my first car I bought from him got totaled, I immediately contacted him to replace it, because I knew I could trust him to put me in pretty much the exact same car at a great price, and he did!
