Personable and accommodating I went in for my first oil change on my 6 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I assumed the Express oil change lane would be what it says "express". As I was not familiar with the typical wait time, I didn't know you should bring a book, pack a lunch and make new friends for the almost 2-hour wait. Now that I know, I will come prepared. The good news is Darin was amazing. When he walked in the waiting room, I stopped him to see how much longer (after a one hour wait). He was the same technician that had checked me in. He remembered my name and was very apologetic about the fact that a first oil change takes longer as they check many more items when they do the oil change. He was sorry he hadn't warned me. When my jeep was ready, he came to the waiting room personally to explain what they had done, brought me the invoice and said, no charge today. What??, this was synthetic oil and not cheap. I wish all dealerships cared about their customers and their customer's time as much as Darin showed me. I will be back. Thanks so much. More

Helping a Army Wife while Soldier is away. I am a Army Wife of 17 years now and currently don't have my soldier with me to help me with everyday life because he is stationed away for now. I have been needing to get a truck for my business and have been worried about going in because I didnt know what I was doing. I don't know trucks very well. Thankfully I met Andrew on the Larry H. Miller website and he was truly amazing! He set up an appointment to get me in, met me at the door, and was with me through every step of the way so I felt comfortable during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the different trucks they had on the lot but made sure they were ones that I wanted. I didn't feel pushed into something I didn't want in any way. If anything Andrew and his team helped me get into a truck that I wasn't sure would fit into my budget but they did!! They worked with me till the payments were where I wanted and fit within my budget. They really went all out in helping this Military Mom, Andrew even offered to go get me dinner while the running boards got put on my truck since it was dinner time. Talk about going the extra mile! Everyone that I talked to was very kind and helpful, from the front desk to financing, they really took the time to answer any questions I had and make sure I was comfortable. Andrew also made sure I knew my truck inside and out before I left so I wasn't overwhelmed. To take that extra time after the sale meant a lot because I didn't feel like I was JUST a sale. I truly feel like the people working at this dealership care about their customers and it's not just sales and numbers. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership but even more so my new friend Andrew Nye! He will do everything he can to make sure you walk away happy and have a wonderful experience.
