After 1st visit, a few days later after doing some homework, I was better prepared to revisit the prospect of buying a new car. I called Sal and set a follow up appt. I wasn't sure if I was in buying mode or not, but Sal had the car ready for me and through his product knowledge professional, but not pushy approach, I left that day with a new car. I have been a customer there for 14 years since moving to Utah in 2002. This area requires a four wheel drive vehicle so I and my family have had five Jeeps in that time span. As a result I have gotten to know and trust many of the long time staff. Mike and Jake in the Parts Department are outstanding and always helpful and go the extra mile to see I am taken care of since they know I often fix and maintain my own vehicles. I consider them friends and always stop in to say "Hello" when I am in the dealership (including yesterday) Larry Lawson, Service Writer in the service dept. has been a trusted individual who I rely on when the repair is more then I want to attempt. I have found him fair and honest and I rely on his advice. I recently purchased a new Jeep Overland through Brad Malmgren (Mike in parts recommended him) and couldn't be happier with the car and the service. The entire process was no stress yet fast and efficient. I purchased the new Jeep with a service and maintenance plan included, and now I simply give Larry a call (I have his direct line number), schedule a time, drive in and wait a short time in the waiting area and am quickly back on my way. This is what brought me in yesterday. Just thought I would share this experience. More
